A6. When a company contacts you, you can select the desired contact method from "phone" or "mail". Company preferred to call for initial screening. If you select "Mail", you will exchange messages via the application. Message contents will be translated into the language you selected, so even people who are not good at Japanese can interact with the company.
A7.The penalty follows · If you cancel interview without notices for the first time, you will not be able to use the application for 7 days (login will be disabled) · If you cancel interview without notices for the second time, your account will be suspended permanently · If you are absent without notices after adopted or fixed, your account will be suspended permanently. will be attached to the icon on the left side of each item in the "application in progress"

You can move to the "Status Confirmation" screen by tapping the badge-attached item.
A person who wishes to contact the company "by message" can check the message by tapping the mail box icon in the "Status Confirmation" screen

After applying the company, you can check the status of your applications on "application under progress" and "status confirmation" screen. If you do not update these statuses, such as adjusting the interview schedule, checking the first working day, etc., the applying processes will not go to the next step and you will be rejected. Please check the applying status frequently.
・Document screening in progress:Status immediately after application. Your application has arrived at your company.
・Interview invited: :Check your profile and the request from the company for an interview.
Please confirm the interview slot immediately. Or, you may be rejected!
・Interview schedule fixed：The interview date and time is fixed. Please reconfirm the interview place, interview date and time in your message.
Touch the address of the interview place in the email, Google Map will open!
・Selection in progress:It takes time to make a selection because of many applicants. It may take up to one week for the longest. Please wait for the company to contact you.
・Adoption: The company shows intension of recruitment. You will receive a "first working day" notice from the company. The first working day will be reconciled with the company at the time of interview or after hiring the employment. One week from the first working day will be the trial period. Hiring will be canceled if you the company seriously get annoyed, such as absence during the trial period.
・Fixed:If you work properly for one week after the first working day without any absence from work, adoption will be officially fixed. Please work hard and hanging there!
・Cancellation of recruitment: After adoption, it is in a state where "recruitment has been canceled" for some reason from the company. If you can not convince it by all means please contact the company directly or contact support. Cancellation of employment is judged for reasons such as absence or late arrival.
・Non-adoption:The company has made you "unemployed". Let's do our best next time.
・Decline:It is in a state that you declined (canceled) the application you applied. If it is in the state before the "recruitment decision", it is possible to withdraw at any time.
If you are applying for more than one company and adopted by one, you must decline other applications in progresss immedeately. Otherwise, your account will be suspended.
